Template for producing UC Berkeley theses and dissertations as tagged PDF files that meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements. Compiles with the report-based wcagthesis class, which preserves the Graduate Division's required formatting and layout while supporting LaTeX PDF tagging.
