Template for producing UC Berkeley theses and dissertations as tagged PDF files that meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements. Compiles with the report-based wcagthesis class, which preserves the Graduate Division's required formatting and layout while supporting LaTeX PDF tagging. Created by Chrystal Chern (UCB PhD '24) and Claudio M. Perez (UCB PhD '26); adapted, with gratitude, from the UC Berkeley thesis template maintained by Paul Vojta (the ucbthesis class, built on the memoir document class).
